The Lake Land College Board of Trustees Monday awarded work to replace the front of the Effingham Technology Center due to a lighting fire.
The fire occurred late in September. The College’s insurance will cover the cost of the repairs.
Servpro Construction of Effingham was awarded the work for $484,624.34. The project scope includes replacement of exterior façade components, glazing and curtainwall repairs, signage removal and reinstallation, and replacement of the façade lighting system.
