There was a changing of the guard as far as leadership of the Watson Fire Protection District.
Chief Eric Loy attended his last meeting and passed the hat to new chief Cole Marxman.
Assistant Chief Chad Hoopingarner also transitioned to the role of Firefighter, passing the hat to Assistant Chief Kyle Tatman.
