South Central school board members have ratified a two-year contract with the South Central Education Association. The agreement is effective July 1.
The Board approved pay rates for sports officials, effective July 1, and awarded an HVAC bid for South Central High School with Culbertson Heating and Cooling.
Board members hired Natasha Skibinski as an unpaid volunteer assistant track coach at the middle school; accepted letters of resignation from Brock Adams as a paid assistant 5th and 6th grade basketball coach, Jacob Skibinski as paid assistant boys baseball coach at the middle school, and from Dereck Koester as a certified employee and as a paid Science Club sponsor. Resignations were also accepted from Bianca Devor as support staff employee and as paid Color Guard sponsor effective immediately, and from Ashley Rose as lunchroom supervisor at the high school.
A leave request was approved for Melissa Schilling.
