Effingham Noon Rotarian Norma Lansing introduced Sally Swarthout Wolf, at the May 6 Noon Rotary meeting. Wolf spoke about her recently-published book, Restorative Justice Up Close. The book includes first person accounts of how the restorative justice process works.

Wolf, who is Lansing’s sister-in-law, utilized her more than 20 years’ experience as a restorative justice practitioner, trainer, speaker and leader to compile the stories presented in the publication. She is the former Director of the Ford County Probation and Court Services and co-founder of the Illinois Balanced and Restorative Justice Project.
