TOLEDO — Robinson was the team champion at the Lady Pirate Track Invitational Friday.
Robinson won with 172 points followed by Marshall 96, Casey-Westfield 87, Effingham St. Anthony 81, Cumberland 56, Altamont 38, Vandalia 38, Arcola 28, North Clay 23, Hume Shiloh 23, Brownstown/St. Elmo 14 and Neoga 13.
St. Anthony’s Reese Hoene was a double champion, winning the 200 with a time of 25.69 seconds and claiming the long jump at 5.36 meters. She finished second in the 100 in 12.94.
Aubrey Denning won the 1600 in 5:41.18 for the Bulldogs and finished second in the 800 in 2:20.86 minutes.
Taylor Denning finished second in the pole vault at 2.44 meters.
Altamont’s Baileigh Starnes took second in the 400 in 1:02.92 minutes. The Indians’ 4×100 relay team was second in 53.96 seconds. Team members were Katie Tedrick, Keely Fleeharty, Quincy Niermann and Baileigh Starnes.
Fleeharty was second in the high jump at 1.47 meters.
Cumberland’s Hannah Shoemaker finished second in the 100 hurdles in 17.32 seconds. Emma Ryan was second in the triple jump at 9.45 meters.
North Clay’s Karsyn Gaddy finished first in the discus with a heave of 34.28 meters.
