A pickup truck struck the north side of El Rancherito restaurant on Keller Drive in Effingham about 4pm Wednesday.
No one was injured.
While the truck did not go inside the building, the impact knocked plenty of product off the wall of the bar area inside.
The driver of the pickup said she couldn’t get the truck to stop before it struck the building.
Effingham police and fire units responded. Initial information was that the business would remain open.
