D.A.R. Flag Presentations in Effingham

On Wednesday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Effingham City Hall, the D.A.R. will have an America 250! Flag Presentation to the city.

They will be giving four flags to the Mayor; County Board Head, E.P.D. Chief, and E.F.D. Chief, to fly at City Hall, the County Building, the E.P.D., and E.F.D. Station 1.
