Midland States Bank recognizes three local employees, Trevor Hill and Brooke Stuemke of Effingham, and Aubrea DeCloedt of Vandalia, as recipients of its annual One Midland Club award, the
bank’s highest employee honor.

Hill, a Customer Care Team Leader in Effingham, Stuemke, a Personal Banker in Effingham, and DeCloedt, a Commercial Services Sales Assistant in Vandalia, were each selected for their outstanding performance and commitment to customers.

The One Midland Club recognizes five employees across the bank each year who exemplify Midland’s core values and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Each honoree receives a $5,000 bonus, and Midland donates an additional $5,000 to the Top Winner’s charity of choice.
