Effingham Noon Rotary got to celebrate the success of the Good Spirits Club and special honors for Noon Club President Mike Kirchhoff at their March 25 meeting.

A highlight of the meeting was a special visit by Rotary District Governor John Calderon. Governor John was on hand to cheer the success of the Good Spirits Club and their club president Andrew Koester. Koester stepped from the presidency of the Noon Club last year to the formation and presidency of the Good Spirits Club. The Good Spirits Club gives Effingham morning, noon and night Rotary Clubs.

The governor also recognized Kirchhoff for becoming a member of the Paul Harris Society. The Paul Harris Society is a recognition of Rotarians for their financial contributions to Rotary.
