 St. Anthony’s Nancy Ruholl Named Media Player of Year For Class 2A, EHS’ Alyssa Martin Earns HM

The Illinois Media named All-State First, Second and Honorable Mention girls basketball players and teams.

Several area players were named to the teams.

Effingham St. Anthony’s Nancy Ruholl earned the Steve Tappa Illinois Media Player of the Year for Class 2A. She also was named to the Class 2A First Team.

Effingham High School’s Alyssa Martin earned Class 2A Honorable Mention.
