Effingham St. Anthony split victories Saturday at the Casey-Westfield Softball Round Robin.
The Bulldogs were 11-0 winners over Clifton Central behind a 12-hit attack.
St. Anthony held a 3-0 opening inning lead and had a six-run second.
The Bulldogs were led in hitting by Julia Schultz with a single, two doubles and four RBI while Mallory Litz had a single, triple and two RBI and Kelli Honselman two doubles and an RBI. Sadie Vineyard added two singles and an RBI and Lilly Gannaway and Lily Hardiek a single and an RBI each.
Honselman tossed a five-hitter, not giving up a walk while striking out eight.
In the second contest, Casey-Westfield won 7-1 behind an 11-hit attack.
Meanwhile, Casey-Wesfield’s A. Goble and A. Bonds combined to toss a five-hitter.
St. Anthony’s Schultz led the way with a single, double and an RBI, Honselman with a double and Ruholl with two singles.

Effingham dropped a doubleheader to Carterville Saturday.
Carterville was a 6-1 winner behind a nine-hit attack. Carterville took a 2-0 opening inning lead and tacked on the other four runs in the second.
Effingham’s lone run came in the fourth. The Hearts had four hits led by Keagyn Koenig with a single, double and an RBI and Sydney Cunningham with a double.
In the second game, Carterville’s Phillips tossed a no-hitter with 18 strikeouts and no walks.
Bennett had a triple while Gibbs, Apple and Henriksen had a double and an RBI each.
