Work on Evergreen Avenue to Begin Friday Morning 

Evergreen Avenue in Effingham will be closed from Hidden Hills Dr. to Twin Oak Ct. beginning Friday February 27^th at 7:00AM until the project is completed sometime this Spring.

The City will send out notification once there is a more defined finish date.
