The Effingham Noon Rotary Club welcomed new members to the club.
Susan Wilson and Jeff Bloemker are new noon club members under the sponsorship of Norma Lansing. Jeff Morrison is a new club member under the sponsorship of Mitchell Martin.
Noon Rotary also celebrated the milestone of Club President Mike Kirchhoff, who is now a Paul Harris Fellow times six. A Paul Harris Fellowship is awarded when a Rotarian reaches $1,000 in contributions. Incoming Club President Chris Debolt presented Kirchhoff with the fellowship award.
