ROBINSON — Effingham St. Anthony split victories in seventh- and eighth-grade girls volleyball competition Saturday.
The Bullpups lost the seventh-grade contest, 25-10, 25-14 to Robinson Nuttall.
Charlotte Sprecher led the Bullpups with one dig and three aces, Maeve Niebrugge had one dig.
In eighth-grade action, St. Anthony was a 25-18, 25-14 winner.
Nina Semple led in assists with six, Bella Schultz and Amaya Griffith had four kills each, Schultz led in blocks with two and JackLynn Nuxoll led in aces with six.

Seventh-Grade Match
St. Anthony — Niebrugge, 1 dig; Litz, 1 ace; Sprecher, 1 dig, 3 aces
Eighth-Grade Match
St. Anthony — S. Semple, 4 aces; N. Semple, 6 assists, 1 kill, 3 aces; Lustig, 3 kills, 3 aces; Schultz, 1 assist, 4 kills, 2 blocks, 2 aces; Griffith, 5 assists, 4 kills; Nuxoll, 2 kills, 6 aces
At Teutopolis
Teutopolis won the seventh-grade match over Marshall by 25-15, 25-12 counts.
Marshall claimed the eighth-grade contest. Marshall won the opener 25-20 but T-town came back with a 25-15 victory. Marshall then won the match, 25-18.
