Brownstown school board members Monday approved the fiscal year tax levy, including a resolution to abate property tax for the Series 2020 Alternate Revenue Bond for 2026.
The Board approved a contract with Hurst-Rosche Architecture firm to complete the 10-year health/life safety survey. Contract extensions were approved with elementary principal Tracey Evans and junior-senior high school principal Samuel Alli.
Board members contracted with Utz and Associates Architects to complete design work for a breezeway, and Michele Seabaugh was employed as a junior/senior high school guidance counselor for the 2026-27 school year.
