The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has made a positive identification of the homeless individual who was found dead Tuesday under the Kaskaskia River bridge on US Route 40 east of Vandalia.
The man was identified by his younger brother as 66-year-old Jeffrey C. Oller.
Oller was originally from Kentucky. Authorities had made a tentative identification at the time the body was discovered.
