A Candlelight Vigil will take place for Kylie Toberman on Friday, November 21. This will take place at 7:00p.m. at the Vandalia State Capital Lawn, rain or shine.
Kylie was the 14-year-old who died on Friday, November 14, with the resulting investigation leading to a suspect who has been arrested for their involvement.
Candles will be provided at the vigil, or those attending can bring their own.
