Leon D. Haack, 63 of Montrose, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Willow Breeze Hospice House in Mattoon.
Private family services will be held with burial in Island Creek Cemetery, Grove Township, Jasper County.
Arrangements are in the care of Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham.
