Two County Board Members File for Re-Election

Two incumbents have filed for another term on the Effingham County Board.

Those who have filed are Josh Douthit, who is serving as county board chairman, in District B, and Sandra Rich, who is serving in District H.

The filing period runs through Monday, November 3rd.
