Teutopolis High School won the Effingham High School Girls Tennis Sectional with 28 points during the weekend.
Following the Wooden Shoes were Effingham St. Anthony 15, Robinson 14, Newton 13, Effingham 10, Mattoon 10, Casey-Westfield 6, Olney, Richland County 6, Charleston 4 and Shelbyville 0.
The top four finishers in both singles and doubles advance to State.
Placing in the top four in singles were Olivia Sornberger (Newton), Avery Probst (Teutopolis), Jailyn Hall (Newton) and Daisy Mumford (Casey-Westfield).
Placing in the top four in doubles were Anna Probst-Abbie Lee (Teutopolis), Ellie Link-Mia Kinkelaar (St. Anthony), Liv Hoene-Nora Trupiano (St. Anthony) and Adi Davidson-Allie Ruholl (Teutopolis).
The State Meet is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 23 through Saturday, Oct. 25 hosted by Hersey High School.
