CASEY — Casey-Westfield moved into a 7-0 lead in the opening quarter and went on for a 28-7 victory over Newton Saturday in high school football action.
The Warriors scored a touchdown in each of the four quarters while Newton tallied its lone score in the third quarter.
Hayden Mulvey picked up 157 yards passing for the Eagles. He completed 17 passes in 35 attempts.
Dexter Fulton had 10 receptions for 110 yards.
Quincy Fulton led in rushing with 26 yards and a touchdown.
Defensively, Newton was led by Dominic Baltzell with three solo tackles and 10 assists and Maddox Horner with three solo tackles and one assist. Grayson Lingafelter and Caleb Flasch had two solo tackles and four assists each.
