A local woman is headed for prison for theft.
24-year-old Ally Niebrugge of Effingham pleaded guilty to theft between $500 and $10,000. The offense occurred earlier this month, but the case was settled in conjunction with other offenses.
Niebrugge was sentenced to four years in prison. She will serve a year’s mandatory supervised release once out of prison.
