Effingham Junior High School, an eighth-grader is having a strong season following his seventh-grade season as the Sectional champion and state medalist. He is looking to place in the top 5 in 3A at this years state meet. He has broken the school record three times so far this year and continues to improve. His most recent time was 10:43.98.
