City, County Authorities Issue Search Warrant on North 4th Street

Effingham city and county law enforcement officers issued a search warrant Wednesday morning at a local residence on North 4th Street.

Effingham Police Chief Kurt Davis said the search of the property came following criminal activity over the last couple of weeks.
