Dieterich village board members this week discussed whether the restroom facilities at Liberty Memorial Park should remain open year-round.

The Board directed that prices should be sought on making heat available in the winter and on insulation and then will decide whether it’s cost-affordable.

The Board approved paying the almost $400,000 cost of surfacing North Pointe Subdivision.

Board members also approved LED lighting upgrades at Dieterich Civic Center, and approved awarding the 2025 road oiling project to Larry Heuerman Trucking for just under $37,000.
