 Bart Seales Horses Do Well At Brown County Fair

MOUNT STERLING — Bart Seales horses did well Saturday at the Brown County Fair.

In race seven, the Downstate Classic 2-Year-Old Filly Pace, Third Division, Variant was the winner. Variant was bred and is owned by Bart Seales of Edgewood.

Jordan Patton drove Varient to the victory in 2:02.0. The trainer is Freddie Patton Jr.

Seales took back-to-back victories. In the Downstate Classic 2-Year-Old Colt Pace, First Division, Fox Valley Onassis claimed the win.

Driver Wyatt Avenatti drove the colt to the win in 1:59.0.

Seales is the owner along with Kevin Miller, Brian Loman and Andrew Miller.

Wyatt Avenatti, who won the driving championship at the Effingham County Fair last week, drove four horses to victory Saturday and added on three more victories on Sunday’s card. His brother Matt Avenatti had two firsts and a second Saturday.
