The Hemmings Great Race made its way through the Effingham area on Tuesday.
The race is a nine-day classic car rally that spans more than 2,300 miles and features 120 antique automobiles. This year’s event features 17 city stops, including a hosted lunch stop put together by Visit Effingham at the Effingham Performance Center.

The rally begin in St. Paul, Minnesota on Saturday and wraps up in Irmo, South Carolina, this Sunday.
