Oakley Mae Perry, infant daughter of Matthew Brandon Perry and Braylin Jo Rogers, passed away at 4:25 PM – Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM – Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the Meyer Funeral Home in Newton, Illinois. Condolences can be left at www.meyerfh.com.
Oakley was born February 27, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Braylin Jo Rogers and Matthew Brandon Perry.
Oakley is also survived by: Maternal Grandparents – Tyler and Cassandra Rogers; Aunts and Uncles – Faith Rogers-Sparks (Cayden Garfield), Keeton Rogers, Deryck Rogers; Maternal Great Grandparents – Ronnie and Betty Sparks, Jeff Seeley, and Jeanette Rogers; Paternal Great-great Grandparents – Donnie and Mary Ford; Paternal Grandparents – Kenny Perry and Neva Miller; Aunts and Uncles – Austin Perry and Katelynn Roush; Paternal Great Uncle and Aunt – Scotty & Cathy Perry; Paternal Great Grandpa – Gene Perry.
