The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club shared a highlight from their March 31st program.
Courtney Yockey of the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance shared an update on the Effingham Regional Manufacturing Collaborative, a partnership of 11 local manufacturers focused on a demand-driven approach to workforce development. The initiative aligns training with real job needs, helping reduce skills gaps and create stronger pathways from education to employment while supporting long-term workforce success in the region.
