SEB Wins, CHBC falls in High School Baseball

Brownstown St. Elmo opened up the season with a big victory over Webber by a score of 14-0 in five innings. Good pitching, a solid defense and an explosive offense led to the lopsided win for the Bombers who scored in every inning.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City scored a run in the bottom of the first for an early lead, but Odin/Patoka/Sandoval tied it in the top of the third. OPS took the lead in the fifth and held on for the 5-2 victory.
