KINMUNDY — Dieterich tallied two runs in the bottom of the seventh to pull out an 11-10 victory over South Central in junior high softball competition Saturday.
South Central had taken a 3-2 lead in the third inning but Dieterich came back with a 5-2 fourth inning run to lead 7-5. South Central held a 10-9 lead going into the seventh when Dieterich rallied for the victory.
Dieterich had 12 hits led by Addison Icenogle with a single, double and two RBI, Emery Bill with a triple and three RBI, Ava Benefiel with a single, double and an RBI. Lydia Kreke and Alivia Icenogle with two singles each. Kreke had an RBI.
Kreke ended up with the pitching win, going the final four innings, allowing five runs on six hits, one walk and striking out four.
South Central was led by Rylan Williams with a single, two triples and two RBI, Bella McDowell with a single, double, triple and two RBI. Skylar Webster had two singles and Raelyn Parker had a single and an RBI.
South Central blanked the Selmaville Rockets, 12-0 in four innings Saturday.
Webster tossed a no-hitter with four walks and seven strikeouts.
South Central had a seven-run second and finished the game with a three-run fourth.
McDonald had two singles, a triple and two RBI while Williams had a triple and three RBI and Ophie Lowry had a triple. Lexy Garrett had two RBI.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg took a 4-0 lead in the third inning and never looked back in a 6-0 win over Sullivan Saturday.
The Hatchets finished with nine hits in the contest. Maddy Manhart had a single and triple while Miranda Corrie added a double and an RBI. Gracyn Montgomery and KJ Althoff had two singles each. Althoff added an RBI. Laney Barnard had a single and two RBI while Brooklyn Hensley had a single and one RBI.
Corrie went the final five innings on the mound. She gave up two hits, no walks and struck out nine.
