Effingham defeated Mt. Vernon 7-1, extending their record to 13-1-3.
Maicol Sefton had one of his best performances, putting in 6 goals with 1 assist. Jake Niebrugge scored the other goal for the hearts.
It was a good performance by the team with five different people providing assists. Jacob Warner, Camilo Aden, Connor Delong, and Sebastian Simoni all setup goals for the Hearts.
Brady Wilson also had a strong performance in goal with 6 saves.
Newton scored early and often for 9-0 win over St. Anthony.
Teutopolis traveled to Centralia and came back with a 3-1 win.
Goals were scored by Isaac McWhorter, assisted by Gavin Pals, Landyn Buening on a penalty kick, and Tommy Habing knocked in the third goal for the Shoes.

Altamont played Robinson and the Indians were able to connect with a goal from Juan Fulk to put the tribe on the board 1-0 in the first half.
Altamont’s defense made it hold up for the 1-0 victory.
