Joe Phillips of Effingham, won the 2025 Federation Cup Championship of the National Federation of Professional Bullriders.
The season finals took place this past weekend at the Mathewson Exposition Center in Sedalia, Missouri.
Joe’s successful season included winning the bull riding events at Montrose, Cowden, Charleston and New Windsor. He also took numerous wins in Missouri, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
