The 19th Annual Chris Thies Sr. Veterans Day Golf Scramble at Cardinal Golf Course, will be held Sunday, November 9 at 11:11 a.m.
The outing has been named after the late Chris Thies Sr.
Proceeds, honoring all who served, will be donated to the Effingham County Veterans Memorial. Over the years $33,000 has been raised.
Cost to play is $50 and includes golf with cart, meal, a raffle prize and prizes for top finishers. Thank you to all our veterans from the Foreway Golf Course and the Cardinal Golf Course and all the players.
