LOUISVILLE — Effingham St. Anthony and Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg both captured victories in the Class 7-2A North Clay Boys Basketball Regional Tuesday evening.
St. Anthony won over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, 62-16.
The Bullpups held a 22-0 opening quarter lead and led 40-0 at halftime.
James GIlmore scored 11 opening quarter points and finished with 17 for the contest. Nash Hoene was also in double figures with 11. Nine players scored in the contest.
CHBC was led by Ondes with seven.
In the second contest, Stewardson-Strasburg won over St. Elmo/Brownstown, 42-31. No other information was provided.
St. Anthony and Stew-Stras will now meet tonight for the regional championship at 5:30.

Class 7-2A Casey-Westfield Regional
Dieterich moved into the championship game with a 55-25 win over Oblong Tuesday evening.
Dieterich pushed into an 18-5 opening quarter lead and led 31-14 at halftime.
Chase Bohnhoff scored 14 points while Brock Koester finished with 13 to lead the Roadrunners.
In the second game, Casey-Westfield bounced Paris Crestwood, 52-22.
Dieterich and Casey-Westfield will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday for the regional championship.

The two teams will square off Thursday at 6 p.m.

Teutopolis and host Marshall will meet Thursday for the championship of the Class 7-2A Marshall Regional.
The two teams will meet at 6:30 p.m.
