St. Elmo/Brownstown handed Altamont a seventh-grade boys basketball loss Friday, 49-7.
SEB stepped out to a 12-6 opening quarter lead and led 29-6 at halftime.
J. Morrison scored 14 while J. Schaub added 13 for the winners.
Altamont was led by Hayden Arnold with three.

Effingham and Robinson Nuttall squared off at the historic Hoosier Gym Saturday.
The historic gym was the filming location of the 1986 movie Hoosiers about the Milan Indians who won State in 1954. The movie has the Hickory Huskers winning the team in 1952.
Robinson Nuttall won the B game against Effingham The game was just two quarters with Nuttall winning17-4. Cash Hutmacher and Maverick Nunnamaker scored two points each.
In the seventh-grade contest, Robinson Nuttall was a 50-25 winner.
Nuttall held a 23-8 halftime lead.
Effingham was led in scoring by Noah Hamilton with 17 points.
In the eighth-grade contest, Robinson Nuttall was a 46-42 winner.
Nuttall held a 20-18 halftime lead. Effingham trailed 32-25 after the third quarter and came back with a 12-5 run to knot the score at 37-37 sending the contest into overtime. Nuttall then had a 9-5 overtime run for the victory.
Justus Bridges led Effingham with 14 points.

At Teutopolis
Teutopolis was a winner in all four games Saturday as the Wooden Shoes hosted Mount Zion and Troy Triad.
In the seventh-grade contest against Mount Zion, T-town won 47-23, taking a 22-14 halftime lead.
Bryson Meyer scored 16 and Dillon Deters 11 for the Shoes.
In the eighth-grade contest, T-town won over Mount Zion 40-31. Mason Giles tallied 22 points for the winners.
In game three, Mount Zion downed Troy Triad 40-12 in the seventh-grade contest. Game four went to Triad over Mount Zion, 44-42.
T-town then defeated Triad 42-20 in the seventh-grade game. T-town held a 13-10 hafltime lead then had a 29-10 second half.
Bryson Meyer scored 17 for the winners.
In eighth-grade play, T-town won 37-32. The Shoes held a 19-17 first half lead and led 25-22 going into the final quarter.
Mason Giles scored 12 for the Shoes.
T-town returns to action today against Effingham St. Anthony.
