RAMSEY — Stewardson-Strasburg and Ramsey split junior high girls basketball victories Friday.
Ramsey edged Stew-Stras 21-18 in the seventh-grade contest. The score was tied at 14-14 after three quarters before Ramsey had a 7-4 final period.
Laney Barnard led Stew-Stras with 14 points. The team is now 10-9 on the season.
In eighth-grade action, Stew-Stras was a 33-7 winner. Stew-Stras moved into an 18-3 halftime lead then had an 11-0 third quarter run.
Izzy Manhart tallied 15 points for the winners who are now 7-11 on the season.

At Dieterich
Effingham and Dieterich split victories in Friday action.
Effingham was a 46-12 winner in seventh-grade play. The Mustangs held a 31-10 halftime lead.
A. Lauritzen led the way with 14 points while A. Gouchenouer added 13 and K. Rohr 11.
Dieterich was led by Kambryn Mellendorf with six.
In eighth-grade play, Dieterich claimed a 41-14 victory. Dieterich had a 19-3 third quarter run.
E. Bill led the way for the winners with 14 points.
Effingham was led by Miley Wilson with four.
