The 2025 Effingham Summer Girls Basketball Shooting Camp will focus on the fundamentals of shooting the basketball. This camp is open to all area girl basketball players entering first through 12th grades. You do not have to attend Effingham schools.
Focus will be on the technique, form, grip, drills to develop good habits, free throws and post moves.
Age appropriate basket heights will be used for the younger players. Campers need to wear basketball shoes and bring your own water bottle.
The camp will be held Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Effingham High School Gym.
Cost is $50 and payment may be made with checks payable to Effingham High School and can be dropped off at the EHS office or mailed to Jeff Schafer, 303 Santa Fe Avenue, Effingham.
