The Effingham Junior High School Baseball Banquet will be held Sunday, September 28th. Two time World Champion baseball player Scott Spezio, (2002 Anaheim Angels & 2006 St. Louis Cardinals.) will be the guest speaker.
The event will begin with a private dinner starting at 2:30 in the EJHS cafeteria for this year’s 6th, 7th, 8th grade players, coaches and wives. Kyle Stortzum will lead grace at 2:40 and Dinner will be served at 2:45.
Starting at 3:30 EJHS softball players and coaches, and all of our baseball parents are welcome to hear Scott Spezio speak from 3:45-4:15 p.m. followed by an approximate 20 minute Q & A with Scott.
At 4:45 pm the 2025 baseball award winners will be announced.
At 5:00 pm things will move to the Big Gym where Scott will do a meet and greet and is willing to sign and take pictures with any attendees, wrapping everything up by approximately 6pm.
“ANY & ALL” former EJHS Mustangs baseball players, are invited to come join us at 5:00 in the Big Gym to meet Scott, take a picture or get an autograph.
