Teutopolis claimed a doubleheader baseball victory over North Clay/Clay City Saturday.
The Wooden Shoes edged out to a 1-0 opening inning lead in the first game and finished with a 4-1 victory.
T-town had five hits led by Jason Kreke with a single, home run and two RBI, Davin Worman with two singles and Austin Borries and Gavin Addis with an RBI each.
Addis went 4.1 innings to claim the pitching win. He gave up one run on three hits, three walks while striking out six.
North Clay/Clay City actually outhit the Shoes by a 7-5 count. Ian Jones had a single and double while Cody Zimdars added two singles and an RBI and Jack Compton two singles.
In the second game, T-town put together 11 runs to end the contest 11-0 in five innings
The Shoes had six hits led by Eric Weidner with two singles, Hayden Tebbe and Will Bushur a single and two RBI each, Kendall Mette a single and an RBI and Lucca Dittamore an RBI.
Blake Niemerg was the winning pitcher. He did not give up a hit or a run, allowed only one walk while striking out two.
Teutopolis moved to 11-0 for the fall. North Clay dropped to 10-3.
T-town is back in action today at Kinmundy against South Central. North Clay returns to play today at Odin.

Dieterich came calling and went home with an 11-0 win over Brownstown/St. Elmo Friday.
Dieterich had three-run innings in the second and third, four in the fourth and ended the game via the 10-run rule in the fifth.
The Maroons had nine hits and was aided by five BSE errors.
Gavin Meinhart, Jackson Icenogle and Dominic Ashley had two singles each for the winners. Meinhart finished with two RBI and Icenogle one. Justin Boerngen added a single and two RBI while Kaynan Hall and Alex Schottman had a single and an RBI each and Mason Lidy and Carson Baxter added an RBI each.
Icenogle was the winning pitcher. He went the first three innings giving up one hit and striking out two.
The lone hit was a single by Zayden Gillespie for BSE.

At Altamont
Altamont had six hits and took advantage of nine walks to blank Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, 10-0 Friday.
The Indians held a 4-0 opening inning lead, tallied two in the fourth and ended the game with four more in the fifth.
Blake Berg had the lone extra base hit of the contest, a double and an RBI. Kaiden Wolff drove the middle of the lineup, leading Altamont with a single and two RBI. Carson Milleville and Reed Stuemke added a single and an RBI each.
Zaine Miller tossed a two-hitter with eight strikeouts. The right-hander did not give up a walk.
The Bobcats two hits were singles by Ben Askins and Isaac Wells.
