Tim was born on October 17, 1970, in Effingham, IL, the son of James M. and Rita C. (Riemann) Mahon. Tim was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Effingham and previously worked at Griffith Trucking and Bahrns Equipment. He found joy in many things such as his beloved pets, riding his Harley Davidson, camping, hunting, and trout fishing with his family. Tim never met a stranger. His warm-hearted smile, quick wit, and a natural gift of conversation, enabled him to make friends wherever he went.

Above all else, Tim loved his family. He shared an especially close and beautiful bond with his “Baby Girl”. They had a special connection even though they were miles apart and he cherished every moment they spent together.

Tim is survived by his daughter, Ally (Wesley) King, of Clarksville, TN; brother, David (Sherri) Mahon and sister, Margie (Dan) Willenborg, both of Effingham; several nephews, a niece, and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James M. and Rita C. Mahon of Effingham.
