Robert “Bob” Pfeiffer, 90, of Windsor, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Heartland Senior Living in Neoga, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Strasburg, IL with Rev. Kene Whybrew officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 10:45 a.m. Monday in the church. Burial with military rites will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Strasburg, IL. Memorials may be given to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church for the technology fund. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home in Strasburg, IL.

Bob was born on February 5, 1935, at home in rural Strasburg, IL, the son of Edward and Emma (Lading) Pfeiffer. After graduating from Windsor High School, he served in the U.S. Army. When he returned from the service, Bob was a farmer and truck driver. He was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Strasburg, where he served often on the church board.

Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years, Yvonne; two children, Mike Pfeiffer and Cheryl (Kris) Jensen; and several nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Maurice; and sisters, Wilma and Lois; brother-in-law, Rolan; and sister-in-law, Karen.
