Teutopolis village board members Wednesday discussed motor fuel tax funded projects for the coming year. The Board asked Mitch Hardiek of Milano and Grunloh Engineers to finalize the project list so the projects can be let for bids.

The Board awarded work to Site Works for $2,286 to finish fencing the sewer lagoon, and approved the annual TIF 2 payout to Repking Eye Care for $5,200. Board members also amended their agreement with Ruholl Family Properties and amended the start date for the project.

The Board approved a resolution in support of municipal housing authority, and approved $1,000 lot bond returns for two properties in Prairie View Subdivision, and hired Andy Lustig as a seasonal maintenance worker at $16/hour.
