10 additional criminal charges have been filed against Montrose resident Dakota “Cody” Czerwonka.
The 32-year-old Czerwonka had been arrested in January for grooming and sexual exploitation of a child. The additional counts filed this week allege various child sexual abuse offenses.
Czerwonka, the founder and a teacher at Crossroads Montessori School in Effingham, will remain in custody until his next court appearance, which is scheduled for April 9.
