The public test of equipment to be used by Effingham County for the general primary election on March 17 has been scheduled.
The test will be conducted by the Effingham County Clerk’s office on Friday, February 27 at 10am, and will take place on the third floor of the Effingham County Office Building at 101 North 4th Street in Effingham.
