Brownstown school board members have hired Mark Riley as junior/senior high school principal for the coming school year. Riley will succeed the retiring Samuel Alli.
The Board employed Faith Stallard as District Title I teacher for the coming year, reassigned Ashley Abrahamson from a third grade teacher to a fifth grade teacher, employed Adam Wodtka as an evening custodian for the balance of the school year, and employed Alissa Bales as a paraprofessional for the balance of the school year.
Board members approved an intergovernmental agreement with the St. Elmo/Brownstown Police Department, amended the school calendar for the balance of this school year, and approved for the district to remain as the administrative agent for the Fayette County Early Childhood Block Grant for the coming school year.
