Arnold Rivera has been found fit to stand trial for the murder of a 14-year-old in Fayette County.
The 43-year-old Rivera faces two counts of first degree murder, as well as two counts of criminal sexual assault and counts of concealing a homicidal death. Rivera is to go on trial on April 20. He is next due in court on March 24.
