Beecher City Board Members Approved Insurance, Detectors, Bus Bid

Beecher City school board members Monday approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Office of Education for the Alternative High School and the Regional Safe School programs.

The Board approved the voluntary student accident and catastrophic insurance for the coming school year and approved the school-sponsored activities insurance. Also approved was the audit from the past fiscal year, and approved the installation of two heat and smoke detectors in the grade school cafeteria.

Board members also accepted a bus bid by Midwest Bus Sales, and approved a leave from certified staff member Sara Zerrusen.
