 The Wheat Penny Donates $1,000 Toward TREC Trail System

Trail Recreation Effingham County (TREC) is grateful to The Wheat Penny for a $1,000 donation in support of the continued growth and maintenance of the TREC Trail system. The donation was made possible through proceeds from the Ham City Fall Fest.

TREC President Mo Dust said, “Community support like this plays a vital role in helping TREC enhance trail amenities, expand access, and ensure the trails remain a welcoming resource for residents and visitors alike.”
