Trail Recreation Effingham County (TREC) has announced the launch of its new website, www.trectrails.org. The site is now live and serves as a central hub for residents and visitors to explore the TREC Trail system and stay connected to trail-related news and opportunities.

The new website provides easy access to trail maps, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support TREC’s mission of connecting the community through outdoor recreation. The site also makes it easy for supporters to donate to TREC online, helping sustain and expand local trail development. Visitors will find intuitive navigation, engaging visuals, and mobile-friendly features designed to make discovering and enjoying the TREC trails simple and accessible.

“We’re excited to introduce a new digital home for TREC that makes it easier for people to find information and get involved,” said Mo Dust, President of TREC. “This website helps us better share our story, highlight trail projects, and connect with the community.”

TREC invites the public to explore the new website at www.trectrails.org, sign up for updates, and follow along as new trail developments and events are added throughout the year.
